Class Descriptions

Body Pump

is proven to be the fastest way to get in shape and lose body fat. Suitable for both males & females of all levels of fitness, using weights to hot sounds and compelling choreography.

 

RPM

is the structured indoor cycling workout where you ride to teh rhythm of the powerful music. Be inspired by your team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, peaks and much more.

 

HOT Cycle

is a fun, motivating 45min freestyle indoor cycling class. A cardio workout that includes hills, climbs and down hill runs. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Super Circuit

is a full body workout using body weight, barbell, steps and dumbbell exercises. Super Circuit provides heaps of carite, you will burn loads of calories!

 

Pilates

A mat and swiss ball based class which focuses on core stability, posture and corrective exercises.

 

Box Fit

A great boxing workout. Enjoy learning new boxing skills whilst also increasing your fitness with boxing circuits. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Fit 4 Kids

Fun, fitness based activities and games for kids aged 6 to 13.

 

Step/Abs

A fantastic cardio workout focusing on the lower body using steps and varied movements that are easy to follow. Followed by ½ hour of floor work focusing on abdominals and lower back.

Boxing

Improve your boxing technique and skills. You will be using pads, bags and speedballs. Learn how to move and punch like a pro. Suitable for Beginners and advanced.
