1. Do you need to book for Group Exercise Classes?

No! To make life easier, members are not required to book for Group Exercise classes. Our timetable classes and times have been designed around our members needs  - in return, we have created a program that means you can almost always be assured of a spot in one of our popular Group Exercise classes. 2. Do you need to pay extra for lockers?

There is no charge for members to use our lockers. Simply present your membership tag, request a locker and we will give you a key and locker number you can use. When you finish, bring the key back to reception and collect your membership tag.

 

3. What do I need to do to arrange for my child to use the onsite Child Care?

We offer an onsite Child Care Facility featuring fully accredited Child Care Workers. Our Child Care is available weekdays between 9am - 12 noon. We offer two booking sessions, either 9am - 10.30am or 10.30am - 12noon. You can book sessions up to one week in advance.

 

4. What happens if I go on a holiday or simply can’t make it in to the club for a few weeks?

We understand that from time to time, our members wont be able to visit us. That’s why we offer membership suspension time. Simply let us know prior to your absence how long you will be away for, and we will place your membership on hold. You can enjoy up to 8 weeks of ON HOLD time on a 12 month membership.

 

5. Do you have a swimming pool?

One Health & Fitness is located within Leisure City. Leisure City is a fully integrated recreational facility that also features a 25 metre indoor swimming pool.
