Class Descriptions

 

BODYPUMP®

is proven to be the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Suitable for both males and females of all levels of fitness, using weights to hot sounds and compelling choreography.

 

BODYBALANCE®

is the yoga, tai chi and Pilates workout that leaves you feeling long, strong, centred and calm.

 

BODYCOMBAT®

combines moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like karate, boxing, and

taekwondo. An energetic experience which raises fitness levels throughout the whole body while reducing fat.

COMBAT EXPRESS (45 Minute Express Class)

 

HOT CYCLE

is a fun motivating 45min class of a cardio workout that includes hills, climbs and down hill runs. An extremely fun way to burn AT LEAST  696 calories per  class. BE THERE!

 

YOGA

90 minutes to relax, unwind and treat yourself to a mind, body and sprit class to de-stress your body.

 

T.H.T.

Tummy, Hips, Thighs. This is a great one for the ladies. Have a fun hour toning and shaping the body with low impact exercises suitable for all levels.

 

AQUA AEROBICS

A water based activity concentrating on cardio and resistance training benefits. A low impact class.

Please collect an Aqua token from reception before entering pool area.

 

FAT BURNER

A dynamic class which alternates aerobic exercise stations with muscle resistance stations. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

PILATES

Taught by ‘Back in Motion Physiotherapy. A mat and swiss ball based class which focuses on core stability, posture and corrective exercises. Please see reception for further details.

 

BOXING

A great boxing workout. Enjoy learning new boxing skills whilst also increasing your fitness with boxing circuits. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

RPM®
