On Site Child Care

One Health & Fitness features a Child Care facility, so you

can enjoy your work out, whilst we look after the kids. All of

our Child Care team are fully accredited and we cater for

children as young as 6 weeks up to 6 years of age.

Fit 4 Kids

Fit 4 Kids is fitness program designed specifically for children aged

between 6 to 14 years of age. It’s an after school program that also

runs over the school holidays. Fit 4 Kids is the coolest way for kids to

get fit and healthy through innovative activities including games,

aerobics and strength work. It costs just $6 per session or you

can purchase a 6 pack for $30.
