BODYPUMP®

is proven to be the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. Suitable for both males and females of all levels of fitness, using weights to hot sounds and compelling choreography.

 

BODYATTACK®

You will experience intervals of high and low intensity combinations to boost your hear rate and energy system.

To achieve a full body cardiovascular workout, improving & maintaining upper/lower body strength.

 

BODY BALANCE®

Is the Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout that leave you feeling long, strong, centred and calm.

 

RPM

RPM is the structured indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of the powerful music. Be inspired by your team coach who leads the pack through hill, flats, peaks and much more...

 

HOT CYCLE

Is a fun motivating 45min class of cardio workout that includes hills, climbs and down hill runs. An extremely fun way to burn AT LEAST 69% calories per class. BE THERE!

 

STEP

A fantastic cardio workout focusing on the lower body using steps and varied movements that are easy to follow.

 

PILATES

Taught by 'Back in Motion' Physiotherapy. A mat and swiss ball based class which focuses on core stability, posture and corrective exercises. Please see reception for further detail.

 

BoxFit

A great boxing workout. Enjoy learning new boxing skills whilst also increasing your fitness with boxing circuits. Suitable for all fitness levels.

 

X Training

A great all over body workout. Increase your muscles strength, endurance and cardiovascular fitness in this challenging class. Some equipment that you will use in your workout will include weights, steps, bikes, rowing machines, treadmills and body weight exercises. Take your fitness to another level.

 

Body Tone & Abs

Low impact aerobic class to tone and strengthen the whole body. Suitable for all levels.

 

STEP/THT

Start the class with a good workout for the heart and lungs using an adjustable step. Followed by a great THT Tummy, Hips and Thigh workout!

 

BEGINNERS PILATES

Pilates for beginners is a program designed for members new to pilates but there will be options given in the class for those with more experience so you can still get an effective workout.
