One Health & Fitness features a totally private and separate Ladies Only Training Area. No matter what shape you're in, we've got a workout for you. Our small, intimate studio is filled with easy to use equipment, so they're not intimidating.

You'll see a quality selection of electronic Cardio Equipment, specialized machines focusing on the tummy, hip and thigh regions, plus a selection of lighter dumb bells and barbells - everything you will need to help you achieve your healthier, happier and balanced life.

Our equipment is designed especially for women and features both positive and negative resistance, to ensure you maximize the value of every minute, and see faster results.

It provides an innovative and colourful twist to experiencing Yoga, Pilates and Cycle classes. Functional Training

Functional Training does what exactly what it says it does - it mirrors everyday actions like reaching, walking, carrying, lifting and bending so moving becomes that much easier. It's all down to your body doing what it was meant to using seven primal moves - push, pull, bend, twist, move, lunge and squat.

Our Group Functional Training Sessions run daily. Our expert and highly motivating instructors put you through your primal paces (pushing, pulling, bedning, twisting, moving, lunging and squatting) and get those muscles talking : TRX Suspension Trainer, Plyo Boxes, Battle Ropes, Sand Bags and Kettlebells. Our sessions are ideal for everyone who want to learn to move better and feel more flexible. What's more, Group Functional Training is a great addition to any workout - make your body stronger, protect joints and prevent injuries.

Our sessions are time efficient and run for 30 minutes. From our experience, we have found that 30 mins is the right length of time to get the most value and benefit. We focus on empowering you to do the easy bits yourself, like the warm up, meaning the trainer can focus in on the real work to get you the results you want in the shortest amount of time. We are now back in the gym, however, we are running on restricted services and hours based on the current state government restrictions.

Our current staffed hours are:

Mon - Thu: 5.30am to 10pm

Friday: 5.30am to 9.30pm

Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm

We are unable to offer 24/7 access during these current restrictions.
