Ozone HRT

Ozone Heart Rate Training sessions are conducted in our purpose built Ozone area - sessions are conducted by our highly experienced and motivating Ozone Coaches and run for approximately 50 minutes.

Powered by your very own myZone Heart Rate chest strap - your heart rate is displayed on our monitors in real time. You will be guided by our Coach as to what colour “zone” you should be training for maximal results.

Ozone Heart Rate Training combines the BEST of Functional Training movements and Heart Rate Training - all backed by Science. Feel the synergy as your coach guides your group to achieve the best results possible.

Ozone Heart Rate Training is results driven - work within your allotted heart rate based on your age, weight and sex to fast track your results. Always supervised, always safe and 100% effective.

Ozone participants can book their sessions via our web app and can review their results at anytime using their personalised myZone app.

Our sessions are time efficient and run for 30 minutes. From our experience, we have found that 30 mins is the right length of time to get the most value and benefit. We focus on empowering you to do the easy bits yourself, like the warm up, meaning the trainer can focus in on the real work to get you the results you want in the shortest amount of time.
