6 Week Challenge

Our first 6 week challenge for 2021 PLUS our first ever 6 week challenging incorporating myZone MEPs If you’re already a member of the Ozone Tribe - great news, you automatically qualify to take part in our Let’s Get MEPs 6 Week Challenge.

Look out for an INVITE on yout myZone app. Accept the challenge, and you will be ready to start collecting MEPs from Monday 19th April.

Let’s Get MEPs is all about using your myZone belt and myZone app to record the amount of MEPs you earn over the day.

What are MEPs?

MEPs is an acronym for MYZONE Effort Points, and it's the metric by which everything is measured in the fitness tracking system. MEPs are earned by exercising in your target heart rate zones over a period of time. The more effort you put into each of your workouts, the more MEPsyou earn!

What do the colours mean?

Blue zone: 60-69% of your max heart rate – WARMING UP.

Green zone: 70-79% of your max heart rate – MOVING/ LIGHT STRENGTH.

Yellow zone: 80-89% of your max heart — MODERATE TO HIGH INTENSITY.

Red zone: 90-100% of your max heart — MAXIMAL OUTPUT.

We’ll be announcing some awesome overall prizes PLUS some spot giveaways during the 6 week challenge.
